Welcome to Hot Yoga Rio
The Hot 26 is a challenging and fun 90 minute workout for all levels, designed to improve your flexibility, strength, concentration, and balance. Hot Yoga is for everybody! Students from all levels of experience are welcome. The series features two breathing exercises and 26 hatha yoga postures, practiced in a heated room. Our teachers will encourage, motivate and inspire you to do your best. Through regular practice, you will soon discover that what you learn in the yoga room can be integrated into your daily life for a more.
