First Class

FIRST TIMER ADVICE

PRE-CLASS PREPARATION

Try not to eat at least two hours before class. Hydrate yourself well before your session. 
You will need: a yoga mat, a towel large enough to cover your yoga mat, and a bottle of water to take small sips from as needed. We do not allow glass bottles in the studio due to safety issues in the event of an accident. 
Yoga mats and towels may be rented and bottled water may be purchased at the studio. We also carry high-end yoga mats for purchase. 
UPON ARRIVAL

The studio opens 30 minutes before classes begins and remains open 30 minutes after class. 
For your first visit, arrive 15 - 20 minutes early to register and get ready for class. Wear comfortable, breathable clothing.
There is no late admission - the door to the studio locks when the class begins.
Be sure to let us know of any prior or current injuries.
DURING & AFTER CLASS

Come ready to learn and let go. Things may be hard at first, but if you relax and let go you will feel much better. Everyone was a beginner at some point. Our experienced and qualified instructors will give you step by step instructions. Remember to relax.
Pro tip: You are guided into poses verbally, so choose a space in the middle or back of the room so you can watch others around you.
After class you may take a shower. Our facility has showers that allow you to rinse off.
