Original Hot Yoga 90 minutes - In this class we will practice a set sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises designed to benefit the entire body from the inside-out, bones to the skin, fingertips to the toes in order to maintain overall health, mobility in the body and balance of the mind. This class is ideal for first time students as well beginners and long time practitioners. Slow Flow Vinyasa 75 e 90 minutes - This lesson is to nourish the body and calm the mind. The balance between intense practice, conscious breathing and presence. A class that demands focus, strength, challenge and delivery. A combination of flows with emphasis on body sensations, alignment and integrity in postures.

Vinyasa Flow 75 e 90 minutes -

This practice is characterized by the synchronization between breathing and movement, and is composed of asanas (postures) in a fluid and dynamic sequence, with little permanence. The class consists of meditation in movement, stretching, flexibility and strength.

Hatha Flow 60 minutes -This class maintains and sustains the integrity of the classic Integrated Hatha Yoga class. It is, however, an experience at a more dynamic pace, inspired by vinyasa. The Sanskrit word vinyasa means to flow. In Hatha Flow classes, positions flow from one to another, sliding through extensions, bends, inversions, twists, etc., creating a slightly more vigorous practice. The end of the practice is dedicated to deep relaxation and pranayama.

Yin Yang Vinyasa 90 minutos - This class offers the benefits of a perfectly balanced practice. The class begins with a Yang practice (Vinyasa Flow) to energize and strengthen the body and ends with a slow and deep practice (Yin postures) to stretch the connective tissue in the hips, thighs and lumbar spine and silence the mind. In this class you will gain strength, flexibility and develop internal self-awareness by learning to use your breath to flow attentively.

Yang Vinyasa 90 minutos - In this class the emphasis is not on following a fixed sequence but rather working freely as in the traditional practices of Vinyasa Yoga. In addition, the practice incorporates martial arts movements, Mandala Vinyasa, inverted Tripsisore techniques and unconventional training work in Yoga classes, gaining flexibility and strengthening.

Yang Vinyasa aims to balance the 5 elements:

1. Earth - through stability at the base and execution of postures;

2. Water - in fluid, dynamic and multidirectional practices;

3. Fire - development of internal heat through auxiliary techniques (Tristhanam);

4. Air - through breathing techniques aimed at expanding lung capacity;

5. Space - incorporating all the elements in a single practice
