Hot 26

Hot 26 is a sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises practiced during a 90 minute class.

The sequence of compressions and stretches works your joints, muscles, ligaments, organs, tendons, glands and nerves. Hot Yoga uses heat to allow you to go deeper and safer into the yoga poses and encourages your body to sweat, which helps you to release toxins. The main purpose of this yoga is to strengthen your body and spine and, eventually, to create union among the body, mind and spirit.

All level students are welcome.

Hot Vinyasa

Vinyasa is the connection of movement and breath. The classes are dynamic alternating the stillness in a position with the movement which provides a purification effect and deep fitness.

Hot Yin-Yang Vinyasa

This class provides the benefits of a perfectly balanced practice. The class begins with a Yang practice (Vinyasa Flow) to energize and strengthen the body and ends with a slow and deep practice (Yin postures) to stretch the connective tissue in the hips, thighs and lower spine and quiet the mind. You will gain strength, flexibility and develop inner self-awareness as you learn to use your breath to flow mindfully.

Oss Yoga

The emphasis of this practice is not on following a fixed sequence but rather on free evolution of a class as in the traditional practice of Vinyasa Yoga. Yang Vinyasa incorporates martial arts movements, Mandala Vinyasa, Tripsisore techniques in the inverted postures and unconventional Yoga workout, focused on gaining flexibility and strengthening.

The room is not heated. All level students are welcome.
